For many years, we have been committed to designing and constructing buildings according to sustainability guidelines. Our colleagues have a unified approach to innovation, quality and environmental sustainability, following international trends. The result is a relationship of trust and shared thinking with our clients, measured by the number of successful projects. From the initial needs assessments, we build our offer to our clients around these principles.

Our Sustainability Department has been at the service of our clients since 2009. We provide a full range of consultancy services to our clients in the design and implementation of developments and leasehold developments in line with environmental guidelines. Our main profile is the certification of buildings and leaseholds according to BREEAM, LEED and WELL certification schemes. Energy efficiency studies, life cycle analyses and sustainability strategies based on research on buildings and cities are also part of our portfolio. Our internationally trained and licensed experts keep abreast of market changes and trends to propose innovative solutions using the latest technologies.

We are a member of the World Green Building Council and the Hungarian Green Building Council, as well as the Business Council for Sustainable Development in Hungary (BCSDH), which gives us first-hand information on the latest developments in green building. Our buildings and office space designs have won international awards and recognition from the industry. In the Central and Eastern European region, the Szervita Square Building is the first mixed-use development to receive LEED Platinum V4 certification, a complex set of rules that incorporates a number of environmental processes. The project meets the highest environmental certification requirements to the maximum extent possible, using innovative, modern, sustainable, energy and water efficient technologies.
