One of the prides of DVM group’s integrated construction and architectural services is the new headquarters of British Petrol (bp), which won the “Sustainable Office of the Year” award in 2020 thanks to its environmentally conscious design and interior architecture. In the same year, DVM group won both “Contractor of the Year” and “Interior Designer of the Year”.

The wonderful turn-of-the-century atmosphere of the building is in harmony with the modern and environmentally conscious contemporary design. The balance of style and functionality is achieved in a value-creating way, which has earned the building LEED Gold and BEEAM Very Good sustainability certifications, drawing attention to the building’s economical running costs.


Ida Kiss, design director of DVM group, said of the work process, “Sustainability was a key element in the design, with the lettuce towers, the abundance of plants and natural materials being the most striking elements. We created attractive spaces where colleagues can feel at home and inspire collaborative thinking, while also providing opportunities for reflection and efficient working.”

STEAM Budapest

For the first time in the Central and Eastern European region, the Szervita Square Building has been awarded LEED Platinum V4 certification, a complex set of rules that incorporates a number of environmental processes. Both the design plans and the investment have won numerous prestigious professional awards.
