Behaviour HR magazine asked HR leaders from different sectors what they consider to be the biggest challenges for 2023 and what their goals are. On behalf of DVM group, HR Director Gyöngyvér Budai emphasised in her answer that the focus this year is on retaining colleagues, supported by DVM’s stable market position. There is a need for empathetic managers and a supportive atmosphere, both professional and human. We also focus more on organisational development and support for individual aspirations – concluded her thoughts.
The other managers interviewed, András Gazdag, Head of HR, Schaeffler Savaria Kft., Hajnalka Széll, HR and Communications Director, Auchan Magyarország Kft. and Tamás Szöllősi, HR Director, Indotek Befektetési Zrt. also highlighted corporate stability, strengthening the employee community and optimising processes as the 2023 goals.
