Promenade Gardens is located on the inner Váci út, the main office corridor of Budapest. The location was chosen for its accessibility. The location allowed for the creation of offices with a large floor area, and the 3 m high ceilings create a sense of spaciousness even with dense furnishings. The office space, including the possibility of expansion, is flexible to the needs of the tenants. The list of tenants is impressive (but not exhaustive) Citibank Europe, Celanese, Daikin, HBM, Elektrolux, Transferwise, PoziTeam, Luxparts, Costa.

The 5-storey building is divided into 4 towers. Its surroundings are surrounded by well-kept, recreational internal gardens, which are attractive to the 3000 people who work here. The project incorporates environmentally friendly and modern building management technologies, as demonstrated by the sustainability certificates it has been awarded. Promenade Gardens has been awarded an A+ energy rating. The entire complex is cooled, heated, ventilated and supplied with hot water by a high-efficiency heat pump system, so there is no need to use conventional energy sources at all. The 5 metre high ceilings of the lobby, the elegant and generous design of the public spaces, the high quality of the materials used and installed, all result in a premium quality, praising the professionalism of the architects, interior designers, contractors and builders. It evokes the atmosphere of a lobby reception in a five-star hotel.

The interior design concept is based on a natural approach, so that leaves and other natural motifs are already present. The green walls and living areas throughout the office building create a balanced relationship with the external gardens and further reinforce the sustainability aspects. The building complex has a high degree of naturalisation. A total of 8600 sqm of glazing has been incorporated. Sophisticated design solutions are consistently applied throughout the complex, which is unique and exemplary in the Hungarian office market.
