Szervita Square Building

For the first time in the Central and Eastern European region, the Szervita Square Building has been awarded LEED Platinum V4 certification, a complex set of rules that incorporates a number of environmental processes. Both the design plans and the investment have won numerous prestigious professional awards.

The Szervita Square development will offer modern retail and office space as well as luxury residential properties in the heart of Budapest from 2021. The building will feature a modern design, a unique development and a number of innovative solutions, such as the construction of the façade system or the use of anodising techniques to give the building a unique colour. The building blends harmoniously into its surroundings, while at the same time drawing attention to itself with its distinctive shape and its rotating curved glass facade. Its organic form makes the mass of the building, which is organically linked to three streets and two squares, seem imperceptible at first sight. Its overall appearance is unique, with a striking design, made unique by the glass facade, which strikingly reflects the historic buildings on the other side of the square.

Under the street level, underground parking levels have been created at a depth of 5 floors, with a total of 245 parking spaces for the convenience of office tenants and owners. The offices occupy the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors with approximately 8,500 sqm. The building’s largest tenant is a New York-based information technology company, Diligent Corporation, which has located its global product innovation centre here.

Separate entrances with dedicated services have been created to ensure the smooth running of office, retail and residential functions. State-of-the-art innovative technologies for smart offices and smart homes have been incorporated to maximise convenience features. Additional services for security and convenience include 24/7 reception, a dedicated security service, digital and mobile access control and CCTV.

On the lower level, retail space, a café and a lobby have been created, with a passageway providing transport access for residents, making street-level services accessible. Parking spaces are also available to the public, making it an excellent starting point for a pleasant day out in the city centre. The luxury apartments with roof terrace connection are located on the upper level, with a unique view of Budapest.

For the first time in the Central and Eastern European region, the Szervita Square Building has been awarded LEED Platinum V4 certification, a complex set of rules that incorporates a number of environmental processes.
