DVM participated as a contractor in the realization of premium residential functions in a protected historical building located in downtown Budapest. As part of the project, 23 exclusive apartments were completed, preserving the historical character of the building while providing the highest contemporary living comfort.

The building evokes a defining era of the capital's commercial and transportation development and once served as the center for a significant domestic transportation company. During the development, a modern, high-quality residential environment was created while preserving historical values.

Based on the completed plans, various types of apartments were created in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. The apartments feature spacious, open-plan living-dining-kitchen areas, premium materials, and high-quality interior design solutions. The quality of the interiors is enhanced by premium Swedish flooring, wallpapered surfaces, custom-built furniture and wardrobe systems, as well as natural stone countertops.

Many of the apartments offer stunning views of the Danube, Gellért Hill, and Budapest's iconic skyline. In addition to the comfort of private homes, hotel services are also available to residents, as the residential function is located within a high-end hotel.

Sustainable operation is ensured by the existing district heating system, which forms the basis of the heating energy supply, contributing to the building's energy-efficient operation and favorable environmental performance.

The special challenge of the project was the construction carried out in a heritage environment, where modern, high-quality living spaces and technical solutions meeting 21st-century comfort requirements had to be realized while preserving the values of the historical building.
