Today is a real day of celebration for DVM, as we have been awarded several prizes at the annual general meeting of The National Federation of Hungarian Building Contractors (ÉVOSZ). Every year, the Master Award Foundation presents the Construction Industry Award for the most outstanding buildings in Hungary, which our Szervita Square Building project has also earned. Only buildings of the highest quality with innovative technical content can be awarded the prize, which is decided by a professional jury.

In connection with the award, the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers awarded the Construction Creator Award to our project manager András Griecs for his high quality management of the building. Congratulations, András!

We received the award together with Horizon Development (Hungary), represented by Gabriella Sasvári, managing partner and development director, and two key figures and chief designers on the design side, Antal Fekete of Finta and Partners Architect Studio and László Gellár of DVM group (Hungary).

The Award of Excellence plaque ceremony will take place in the spring, when we will present our selected partners with the subcontractor certificates they have received for the high quality of their work. The winners of this award are Aston Construction Ltd, HBM Soletanche Bachy and Schal-tech Ltd. Congratulations and thank you for your work together!

The Szervita Square development offers modern commercial and office space as well as luxury residential properties in the heart of Budapest. The building has a modern design, unique development and a number of innovative solutions. For the first time in the Central and Eastern European region, the Szervita Square Building has been awarded LEED Platinum V4 certification. Both the design plans and the project have already received a number of prestigious professional awards, topped off by the Construction Industry Excellence Award.
