The more than 300 employees at Diligent’s Budapest headquarters, all of whom are university graduates, are involved in software development, business management platform development, computer services and IT support in the field of quality assurance. The choice of the R&D centre follows international practice: the company’s offices abroad are traditionally located in the central cities of the capital cities. The company rented and furnished the 2nd and 3rd floors of the office building, with the choice of colours and materials approved by the New York head office. Colours are correspondingly muted, with natural, real wood panelling predominating, complemented by lots of greenery. The use of red and blue colours conveys the company’s image in a way that is worthy of a sign.
