ParkSide Offices is timelessly modern, flexible to the needs of its tenants, and offers its employees comfortable workspaces where design organically complements functionality. The architect’s intention is to create harmonious, open spaces where anyone can find the perfect working environment.

This is achieved through a large guest lounge, an outdoor café (with outdoor terrace depending on the weather), outdoor workstations with smart furniture and 11 roof terraces. The building will incorporate the latest smart office technologies and other innovative security and environmental equipment to ensure long-term cost-effective operation, making costs predictable.

The airy and spacious feeling is created by the monolithic reinforced concrete and pillar frame building structure. The parts visible from the street are predominantly large, slab-sided facades, softened by a wealth of greenery, reinforcing the sense of closeness to nature. Underneath the building, levels -1 and -2 will be underground car parks, which will be covered by a flat walkable green roof, mainly in the spirit of sustainability. The aim is to meet LEED, WELL and Access4You certification standards. In the spirit of biophilia, around 35% of the office building will be covered by green space. The ground floor will be used for retail, catering and office functions, while the other floors will be available for rent.

The office building is located in a prime location of Buda, easily accessible by bus and tram, a few minutes walk from the Allé shopping centre. There are numerous sports facilities nearby: tennis courts, running tracks. There are restaurants, cafés and other community facilities.
