Design & Build top prizes in the Office of the Year competition

The Office of the Year competition was an outstanding success for DVM group. Highlights of our achievements included recognition and emphasis on our professionalism, our extensive experience, the performance of our architectural and construction teams, and our ability to create real value.

The finalists and winners of this year’s competition were impressive in terms of quantity and quality, with excellent projects that were of high aesthetic and design quality. Congratulations to the companies that participated in the competition! Thank you for your positive feedback and support in the public vote.

KOSTAL GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES CENTER – Corporate Office of the Year

The result was announced by jury member Márton Beck, who in his introduction referred to KOSTAL as one of the most beautifully designed offices in this year’s field, where the brand comes to life, not only in design but also through the innovative solutions applied. The employee experience is reflected in the office space, with many different functional spaces set aside for efficient operation, with staff having a decision-making role in their design. The office space is a good reflection of the company’s forward thinking, a multinational company that has managed to retain a family company feel, sparing nothing to ensure the best for its employees.

The award was handed over to Péter Csucska, Managing Director of KOSTAL in Hungary, who said in his welcoming speech that he was particularly proud of the fact that the project was completed on time and within budget, thanks to the project management work of Cushman & Wakefield and the professionalism of the designers and contractors of DVM group. Real sustainability solutions and support for start-up companies is completely in line with the company’s philosophy worldwide.

The project was also a finalist in the Green Office of the Year category.

Interior Design Company of the Year – DVM group

Behind a successful and good office, there is always a very good interior design firm – this is how jury member Pál Koós began his introductory speech before presenting the award for the best interior design company. He added that you cannot have a high-quality, well-functioning office that meets all your needs without a well-prepared and experienced interior design company. He concluded by saying that of the four finalists, the winner stood out in terms of quantity and quality, and that the experience and knowledge they had accumulated over the years had been taken to an even higher level this year.

The award was accepted by Tímea Fekete-Tóth, interior design director, who said that this is a great recognition and happiness, she is very proud of the team’s performance and that they can transform the daily difficulties and challenges into energy that enables them to perform even better and operate more efficiently. She stressed that winning against a very strong field of competitors made her even more proud of this award.

Our ERSTE Asset Management design&build project and the GENESYS Hungary HQ we built were also finalists in the Medium Corporate Office of the Year category.
