During the complete renovation of the Hotel Erzsébet City Center Budapest, a member of Radisson Individuals located in the heart of Budapest, DVM participated as the general contractor in the project's implementation. As a result of the construction, the hotel reopened with modern technical systems, renewed guest areas, and a service environment that meets today's hotel expectations.

During the renovation, the building was practically completely rebuilt. While retaining the existing main walls, all guest rooms, corridors, communal areas, and mechanical systems were renewed. The work extended from the ground floor through the eight guest floors to the machinery room located on the roof. The project involved a complete renovation of the lobby, renewing all significant areas of guest traffic.

One of the biggest challenges of the construction was the central location. In the densely built urban environment, there was an extremely limited area available for mobilization, and the transportation of materials and logistics processes had to be organized across the entire width of the building. The immediate surroundings of the hotel and the narrow street connections required precise scheduling and continuous coordination throughout the entire duration of the construction.

Significant technical modernization was also achieved during the project. The facade windows were renewed, a modern boiler system was installed, and a new fan-coil based heating and cooling system was established, along with modern building automation. The intelligent control window sensors automatically stop the air conditioning when the windows are opened, while energy-efficient LED lighting and modern building engineering systems contribute to the more sustainable operation of the building.

DVM's task was the comprehensive management of the general contracting, which included coordinating the specialized works, coordinating the construction process, and ensuring high-quality requirements. The successful implementation of the project was realized as a result of close cooperation with the client, designers, and specialized partners.

The renewed Hotel Erzsébet City Center Budapest, a member of Radisson Individuals now awaits business and leisure travelers arriving in the heart of Budapest with a modern, more sustainable technical background and contemporary guest areas.
