DVM participated as a contractor in the realization of one of Budapest's most unique rooftop hospitality venues. The approximately 500–600 m² White Raven Skybar is located on the rooftop of the operating Hilton hotel in Budapest, offering an unparalleled panoramic view of both sides of the capital, the Danube, and Budapest's iconic historical skyline.

The project was realized based on plans provided by the client. The greatest challenge of the construction was to create the new function on a functioning hotel building while ensuring the continuous operation of the hotel throughout.

The development required significant structural construction works, including the creation of new ceiling structures and the raising of existing stairwells. The rooftop construction demanded extremely complex organizational tasks, especially during the transportation and crane handling of prefabricated and steel structural elements.

The design of the interior and exterior spaces emphasized the use of premium materials. The distinctive elements of the guest areas include seating islands made of stone-effect concrete, which provide both a timeless appearance and a high level of user comfort.

The project was realized in a special environment: the site is located in one of the most sensitive heritage protection areas of Budapest's historical urban fabric, where contemporary interventions had to be realized while respecting existing architectural and cultural values. The building itself is organically connected to the historical monuments uncovered in its surroundings, which give the site its unique character.

The construction began in the autumn of 2019 and was successfully completed in 2021, despite the circumstances caused by the pandemic. As a result of the project, an internationally renowned rooftop hospitality venue was created, representing high technical quality, unique architectural solutions, and an outstanding urban experience.
