Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Budapest

Summer 2026 marked the Budapest debut of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill — the celebrated chef's first restaurant concept in Central Europe — located within the Dorothea Hotel, Budapest, Autograph Collection in the city's historic downtown. DVM served as a construction partner on the project, delivering the international hospitality brand's concept to the highest quality standard and on schedule.

The assignment required close coordination between the brand's distinctive design and operational standards and the constraints of a heritage downtown building, all while working closely with the hotel operator and brand representatives throughout execution. The nearly 160-seat restaurant — offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner alongside an extensive wine and cocktail selection — blends the atmosphere of Ramsay's London grill concept with Hungarian culinary influences.
