One of the defining buildings of Budapest's cityscape, the northern Klotild Palace, has been revitalized with an exceptional concept
The northern Klotild Palace, located at Ferenciek Square, has been a defining element of Budapest's cityscape for over a century. The transformation of the building into a luxury hotel represented a restoration of the monument, a structural challenge, and an interior design task all at once. The complete reconstruction was led by DVM as the general designer and contractor. During the process, the designers had to place new functions while preserving the character of one of the capital's most famous historical buildings.

Patient-centred design — expansion of the Dr. Rose Private Hospital
DVM transformed former offices on the fifth floor of the Roosevelt building into a premium private-hospital wing, integrating advanced medical technology with hotel-grade interiors.

A Europe Experience Centre in the Szervita Square Building
The Budapest Europe Experience Centre was designed and built by DVM — engineering precision and human-centred solutions across 825 m².

The renewal of Jókai Villa
A Bauhaus-style villa in Buda’s Rózsadomb district underwent a full architectural and technical renewal designed by DVM — nearly a century after it was built, it is once again home to a magazine.

From office building to private hospital — Saint James Vision & Aesthetic Center
In the RoseVille office building, DVM delivered the new Saint James healthcare centre across nearly 2 000 m² — uniting ophthalmology, plastic surgery and aesthetic care under one roof.
