The DVM Design & Build approach was used to design and implement the office of an international online booking platform in Budapest, located in approximately 220 m² of leased space in the Bank Center office building.

During the project, the entire fit-out execution and interior design implementation were the responsibility of DVM, with the concept defined by the client's international design guidelines and a unique, site-specific creative concept.

The design process was preceded by a thorough employee needs assessment, based on which the spatial usage structure and the functional layout of the office were optimized. The central idea of the concept was to create an office experience resembling a "city within a city," organizing the office spaces into thematic units reflecting Budapest's urban character.

The various functional zones – meeting rooms, communal areas, and focus areas – each carry the inspiration of a Budapest urban motif, creating an experiential, narrative structure in the space. The interior design elements reflect urban textures, material usages, and distinctive graphic solutions that strengthen local identity and brand experience.

The central communal area serves as a place for collaboration and informal meetings, while smaller meeting rooms and work zones support efficient, focused work. A key consideration during the project was the integration of existing furniture and elements, following a sustainable and cost-effective approach.
