Iconic A+ Office Building by City Park: The Park Atrium office building stands out for its exceptional quality and unique architectural solutions, earning recognition as an iconic contemporary work of architecture. Located in Budapest's 6th District on Dózsa György Road, facing City Park, it is one of the most cost-efficient A+ category office buildings in downtown Budapest.

Interior Renewal with Erick van Egeraat: The renewed interior design concept was developed by DVM Group in co-production with Dutch star architect Erick van Egeraat. Designers devoted special attention to using natural materials and surfaces within the metal-and-glass-dominated environment, softening metallic tones with warmer colours and integrating natural greenery into communal spaces.

Conference Centre and Community Services: The building houses a conference centre and showroom. Seven conference rooms (14–55 m² each) and a hall of over 230 m² are available to tenants. A café and community garden are open to the public.

Modern Amenities and Sustainability: New solutions include EV charging stations, cycling infrastructure with showers and bike storage, and a rooftop terrace. The renewed building attracted prestigious tenants including Deloitte, ING, NN, Roche, Egon Zehnder and KOSTAL.
