Mastercard Budapest Office

The Mastercard Budapest office development is a fit-out project aimed at creating a complex, international corporate work environment, realized through the integration of global brand values, sustainability expectations, and local cultural layers. The goal of the new office was to create an inspiring, flexible, and community-centered workspace that supports the hybrid work model and enhances collaboration between different teams.

A key element of the concept is the "people-first workplace" approach, which creates spatial structures that adapt to different types of work. In addition to work areas, collaborative zones, focus areas, project and meeting rooms, as well as hospitality-style community spaces play a significant role, enhancing the quality of everyday office life.

One important layer of the interior design concept is the representation of local cultural inspirations, which connects to the international brand identity through contemporary interpretations of Hungarian art and craftsmanship. Special attention was given to acoustic comfort, sustainable material use, and a long-term flexible spatial structure during the design of the spaces.

The project's sustainability objectives included achieving LEED Gold certification, supported by energy-efficient building systems, conscious material selection, and the involvement of local suppliers.

DVM participated in the project's execution, where the main tasks included managing complex fit-out works, coordinating construction processes involving multiple subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality standards. A significant challenge during the execution was the precise realization of international design expectations, the accurate installation of detailed interior elements, and continuous on-site coordination in line with a strict schedule. DVM's involvement ensured that the planned concept was realized at a high standard, meeting the brand's expectations.

The completed Mastercard Budapest office is a contemporary, inspiring, and flexible work environment that supports both individual focused work and collaborative functioning while being organically connected to Budapest's cultural and urban context.
