The design of the new ITL Group office in Budapest has created a modern, sustainable, and inspiring work environment that supports the dynamic operation of the company while providing a high-quality employee experience. The office, with an area of nearly 500 m², is located in the Park Atrium office building, where the interior design concept was created by Esterpartners, and DVM was responsible for the execution planning and the entire construction.

One of the main goals of the project was to create a more open, collaborative work environment. To achieve this, several partitions were removed by transforming the existing spatial structure, allowing for the creation of a more spacious and transparent open office area. The new layout supports both teamwork and focused work.

A defining element of the interior design concept is the use of nature-inspired materials and a conscious color application. The warm-toned surfaces, natural textures, and restrained, harmonious color palette create a work environment that is both professional and human-centered. During the design of the space, visual comfort and a timeless appearance were important considerations.

The project placed significant emphasis on improving acoustic comfort. Sound-absorbing panels and acoustic solutions were integrated into the open office work areas and communal zones, effectively reducing noise levels and enhancing the quality of the work environment. The acoustic elements are an integral part of the interior design concept, serving both functional and aesthetic roles.

During the construction, DVM's task was not only to accurately implement the concept created by Esterpartners but also to technically optimize it and integrate various specialist systems. Throughout the entire project process, close collaboration with the designers was emphasized, ensuring that the original design concept was realized without compromises.

Sustainability considerations were also crucial during the project. The design was based on the existing features of the Park Atrium office building, prioritizing the efficient utilization of existing infrastructure and minimizing necessary interventions. Conscious material use and optimization of the existing spatial structure contributed to the project's environmental performance.

The office, to be delivered in 2025, is an architectural reflection of the ITL Group's corporate culture and future-oriented operations, where contemporary design, sustainability, and employee experience form a cohesive system.
