On Budapest's Prime Office Corridor: Promenade Gardens is located on inner Váci Road, Budapest's primary office corridor. The five-storey building is divided into four tower structures. Three-metre ceiling heights create a sense of spaciousness. The tenant list is impressive: Citibank Europe, Celanese, Daikin, Elektrolux, TransferWise, Costa and more.

Environmentally Friendly Technologies: The development received an A+ energy rating. The entire complex's cooling, heating, ventilation and hot water are provided by a high-performance heat pump system, eliminating the need for conventional energy sources—making it one of the most technically advanced office buildings on the Váci Road corridor.

Nature-Inspired Interior Design: The lobby's 5-metre ceiling height evokes the atmosphere of a five-star hotel reception. The interior concept is built on closeness to nature: leaf and natural motifs, living green walls and surfaces. A total of 8,600 m² of glass was installed. Refined design solutions appear consistently throughout the entire complex.

Interior Gardens and Community Spaces: Well-maintained interior gardens provide an attractive setting for the approximately 3,000 people working here. Office spaces adapt flexibly to tenant needs, including the possibility of future expansion. In 2026, DVM Group itself relocated its headquarters to Promenade Gardens – reinforcing its commitment to the buildings it designs and delivers.
