DVM Office

The DVM office realized in the Promenade Gardens office building combines a flexible work environment, acoustic comfort, and distinctive interior design solutions.

The office expansion realized on the ground floor of the Promenade Gardens office building spatially responds to the growth of DVM and strengthens collaboration between different fields. The project's goal was to transform previously separate leased areas into a unified, flexible work environment while continuing the office identity and spatial organization principles established by colleagues working in the DVM Design department.

The concept was based on the office space already realized in the core D of Promenade Gardens, whose distinctive material use and spatial organization logic were extended to the newly developed area of core C. During the project, two separate leases were connected, creating a larger, cohesive workspace that supports both collaboration and focused work.

The central element of the spatial organization is the "box within a box" concept. Utilizing the building's attributes, a standalone, distinctive interior architectural element was created, encompassing meeting rooms, service functions, and separate work areas. The open office spaces organized around the built cube provide opportunities for collaboration between different departments while maintaining the independent work environment of individual teams.

In designing the interior, the goal was to further develop existing design elements. The contrast of veneered wooden surfaces, exposed concrete structural elements, and raw architectural surfaces creates a distinctive yet timeless work environment. The material use simultaneously conveys professionalism and approachability while establishing a strong visual connection to the previously established office spaces.

The project placed a strong emphasis on acoustic comfort. Large acoustic wall coverings were installed in the meeting rooms, and perforated acoustic ceiling elements were created in the open office areas, serving both noise reduction and the integration of mechanical systems. The lighting system supports modern office operations with motion sensor control and energy-conscious operation.

During the implementation, the recycling of valuable elements from existing office spaces was also an important consideration. By preserving and integrating numerous built-in furniture, mechanical, and electrical elements, the project was realized sustainably, minimizing necessary demolition and construction interventions.

The completed office creates a modern work environment that reflects DVM's integrated approach, supports collaboration between different fields, and provides a flexible framework for the company's further development in the long term.
