The First LEED Platinum V4 Building in Central-Eastern Europe: The Szervita Square Building was the first in the CEE region to receive LEED Platinum V4 certification. The development fully meets the highest environmental standards, employing innovative, sustainable, energy- and water-efficient technologies.

Groundbreaking Architecture: Since 2021, the Szervita Square development offers modern commercial and office spaces alongside luxury residential units. The building features a unique anodised façade technique. It blends harmoniously into its surroundings while its distinctive rotated curved glass façade draws attention. The historic buildings across the square are beautifully reflected in the glazing.

Offices, Residences and Retail: Five levels of underground parking provide 245 spaces. Offices occupy floors 1–4 across approximately 8,500 m². The building's largest tenant is the Diligent Corporation, which relocated its global product innovation centre here. Smart office and smart home technologies were integrated throughout. Rooftop luxury apartments on the upper floors offer unique views of Budapest.
