Award-Winning Sustainable Office: One of the proudest achievements of DVM Group's integrated construction and architectural services is the new headquarters of British Petrol (bp), which in 2020 earned the Sustainable Office of the Year category award thanks to its environmentally conscious design and interior architecture. In the same year, DVM Group simultaneously received the Construction Company of the Year and Interior Design Company of the Year titles.

Multicultural Working Environment: The architects and interior designers envisioned a global business service centre for bp that conveys both a sense of home and an international corporate culture. It was important that employees – who come from diverse cultural backgrounds – feel comfortable in the spaces created for them, and that diversity and a sense of community serve as unifying elements. This approach was complemented by the company's modernisation and sustainability goals, reflected in the spacious office areas, multifunctional community spaces, and meeting rooms designed for both individual retreat and teamwork.

Interior Design Concept: The client set brand reinforcement as a key requirement for both guest areas and employee office spaces, incorporating corporate identity elements throughout. A fundamental task was the use of natural materials and colours. The result is a clean, human-centred, and comfortable office building where natural earth tones and various shades of green dominate, complemented by abundant living green surfaces, large glass windows, and – wherever possible – natural light and sunlight. The office building masterfully combines functional elegance with complex solutions that can be applied across the company's offices in other countries.

Discovery – Workplace Strategy: The Budapest business centre serves the efficient work and comfort of 1,800 employees across 8 floors. bp placed special emphasis on interior design planning, which was grounded in DVM's uniquely developed service: the Discovery – Workplace Strategy. Discovery is a specialised workplace research methodology that maps available spaces, gathers expectations through in-depth interviews with management and employees, and translates them into interior design solutions using a proprietary method. The survey also serves as a purposeful brand strategy, exploring, for example, employee circulation patterns to ensure that the completed office spaces deliver not only a design experience but also a functional one for employees, visitors, guests, and partners alike.
